Britt is a graduate of the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Britt led the University of Miami School of Law’s Innocence Clinic where he worked to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals.

Britt was also involved in numerous activities and organizations including an active member of the Maritime Law Society and honorary member of the American Inns of Court. Upon graduation Britt, worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in Miami, FL where he garnered extensive trial and litigation experience and appeared before judges from Key West to Jacksonville.

He is admitted to all Federal District Courts in the State of Florida and has tried multiple cases – in both State and Federal Court – to successful verdict. Britt focuses his practice with the Firm’s first party property group in a defense capacity. In his free time, Britt enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
