Courtney Crossland has experience representing large organizational clients from financing institutions to global design consultancies, contractors, and suppliers. Her practice focuses on the representation of design professionals in complex construction litigation. She represents design professionals in errors and omissions claims involving a broad spectrum of disciplines including roadway, stormwater, wastewater, structural, environmental, and geotechnical engineering to architecture and landscape architecture.
She also handles the defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims brought against design professionals relating to roadway design and maintenance of traffic issues. In addition to litigation matters, Courtney supports design professionals with contract review and negotiation. Courtney’s practice also includes representation of multi-national mobile space providers in commercial and collections litigation.
Courtney is proud to be an active member in her community. She is currently a board member of a charter high school in Ocoee, Florida and serves as a volunteer for Orange County Animal Services. Prior to joining Pearson Doyle Mohre & Pastis, Courtney worked in a consumer oriented defense law firm in downtown Orlando.
