Born and raised in Florida, Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and English with a minor in sociology at Florida State University in 2009. She graduated from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she held countless organizational positions, such as President of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, a Trial Team member, a Phi Alpha Delta member, a Criminal Law Society member, an Elder Law Society member, an American Bar Association student member, a Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court student Member and a Mentee to Judge Beatrice Butchko.

Victoria began her legal career as a First-Party Plaintiff’s attorney before joining Pearson Doyle Mohre & Pastis LLP. She is also a certified Water Damage Restoration Technician (“WRT”), certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration to perform remediation work, with an understanding of water damage, its effects, and the techniques for drying structures. Her primary focus with PDMP is Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage Litigation.
