Nicole McKee Barkett is a Florida native, born and raised in Central Florida. Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barry University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of Law Review. While attending law school, she worked as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Mihok in the Probate Division of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Nicole is an associate attorney at Pearson, Doyle, Mohre & Pastis LLP. Her practice areas include construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, modular space contracting, general civil litigation, pre-suit demands and negotiation, evictions, breach of contract, and mediations.
