Thomas H. Justice III litigates professional liability, commercial, and construction cases in all state and Federal Courts in Florida. In his 44 years of practice Tom has represented a variety of engineering and architectural firms, corporate clients, technology firms, government contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners.  Tom received his bachelor’s degree in English with an additional concentration in government and political science from the University of Virginia in 1977. He received his J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University in 1980 where he was a member of the Law Review.  After law school, Tom spent two years with a Washington, D.C. law firm handling construction and government contract litigation before moving to Florida in 1983.  Tom was a partner at two national law firms before starting his own practice in 2003.  Tom joined PDMP in August 2024 where he continues his law practice “Of Counsel” to the firm.  Tom’s breadth of experience and insight adds even greater depth to PDMP’s talented Construction Law group.
