Robin D. Black concentrates her practice on civil and administrative matters involving health care providers of all specialties.  During her career, she has extensive experience in medical malpractice defense litigation, long term care defense litigation, insurance defense litigation, appeals and administrative hearings.

Robin has represented health care providers and insurance carriers throughout the State of Florida.  She has had the opportunity to represent hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, mental health counselors, dentists and physical therapists in litigation and investigatory matters.

Robin’s appellate practice includes cases and  oral arguments before the Florida Supreme Court, First, Second, Third and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
