Joseph “Joe” A. Kovecses, Jr. is an AV Rated™ civil trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in insurance defense and commercial litigation.  He has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida from inception through trial.  Joe’s insurance defense practice includes defending commercial and residential first party property insurers in both pre-litigation claim investigation and analysis and in litigation involving questions of coverage, enforceability of appraisal and arbitration clauses, compliance with duties after loss, and allegations of bad faith claims handling.  Joe has experience litigating third party claims involving premises liability, slip and fall, and automobile negligence.  Joe’s commercial litigation practice covers a wide variety of matters, including partnership disputes, accounting claims, breach of commercial leases, as well as claims for breach of installment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and non-solicitation agreements.
